Senior Barista

We are seeking an experienced coffee professional to take on a leadership role in our shop. You will be a key part of our opening team, helping to shape our standards and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor junior team members

  • Assist in creating and refining our signature drink menu

  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks

  • Assembling light meals and snacks, following necessary health and sanitation requirements

  • Operate Square POS system for order processing and cash handling

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume coffee shop is required

  • Mastery in espresso extraction and latte art

  • leadership mindset to help train our junior team and maintain our high standards

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality

  • Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced café environment

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays is a strong plus

Junior Barista

Join our vibrant café team as a Junior Barista. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers, crafting delicious beverages and food, and ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
